Rob

Moving to Arizona from Ohio, Rob opened and has owned Runner’s Den since the summer of 1978. Running since 1972 and a veteran of 31 marathons, he once maintained a daily running streak of 31+ years, then came to his senses.

Rob and Ann have a chocolate lab named Sofi, who loves the Phoenix trails and her second home in Show Low, Arizona.
