Craig

Craig started his running career in 1977. He has run more than 250 marathons (2:28:14 P.R.) and has a 50 mile best of 5:37:23.

He maintained one of the longest, consecutive day running streaks in the United Sates dating back to November, 1978 until recently when he had to break it due to illness. He's fine now, back on the roads, looking forward to surpassing his previous streak record sometime in 2060.

He has worked at the Runner’s Den since 1983 and has been coaching the distance runners and North West Christian High School since 2003. Craig’s desert tortoise Flash, came to live with him through the state’s tortoise rescue program!
