Ron

Ron has been our general manager and buyer since January of 2000. These days, most of his running is done with the goal of keeping his waistline smaller than his inseam although he is still quite fast. Ron is the coordinator of our Wednesday night group runs and Thursday night trail runs.

He is also a talented cartoonist. 

Ron is husband to Dorothy, father to Mady and the heart and soul of Runner's Den. He keeps the wheels attached.
